The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of strenuous workouts on resting heart rate, blood pressure, and maximal oxygen uptake. A total of 30 people were chosen, including 15 people who undertook regular exercise and 15 others as the control group. Exercise-induced elevated blood pressure triggered the maximum systolic blood sugar. However, it is believed that a risk diagnosis of it through standardized exercise stress testing is required. As such, marathons demand a greater mental and physical fitness level than those in endurance and aerobic sports.
